Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the recent Coronavirus outbreak. At Gladstone Mitsubishi, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families is our highest priority. We are taking every possible precaution necessary to provide a safe and healthy environment at our dealership.
In response to guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we have instituted a number of preventative measures to ensure the safety of all those who come into our store: We’ve increased our cleaning measures to include twice-hourly disinfecting of all customer/employee touchpoints such as doorknobs, handrails, surfaces, and facilities, and have made sure we have ample disinfection supplies on-hand.
Additionally, we’ve made all of our staff aware of our sick-leave policies in place and encouraged any exposed or at-risk persons to make use of these policies. However, we are still well-staffed and are fully operational as usual.
For those who wish to reduce their time in public, we have all the necessary tools in place to take care of the majority of car purchases remotely, minimizing the amount of time needed to be at the dealership to make a purchase.
